I have one very spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom for rent in a nice and spacious home in Upper Marlboro. Master bedroom has hardwood flooring, 3 closets, fan, overhead AC unit, heater in bathroom, and spacious enough for a living room. The room also goes out to the deck overlooking the backyard. Neighborhood is private and quiet. Very close to PG Community College, Largo Metro Station, Andrews AFB, close to shops & restaurants, 30 min to DC, 20 min to UMD, etc. There are 3 other females working professionals living in the house. Everyone is respectful and clean up after themselves and common areas. Looking for preferably another female to take the master bedroom who is respectful and neat. I'm very friendly and laid back working in a corporate job.
