Job Title:
Marketing and Communications Associate
The Marketing and Communications Associate provides support to Sales and Marketing operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting of information and materials. This entry-level Associate will also assist in the planning and coordination of various marketing functions. We are looking for someone who is organized, outgoing, and possess initiative. The associate must have the ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
Responsibilities
Create, print and distribute promotional flyers, line cards and price sheets for the Sales Team
Assist with planning and coordinating showroom and branch events
Facilitate invoices through approval process and accounting department
Handle all credit card purchases which may include booking flights online, renewing association memberships and subscriptions, ordering promotional items, etc. as well as keeping records of all purchases
Submit and follow through on co-op claims with various manufacturers on partnered events and advertisements
Create and dispatch monthly email campaigns to acquire feedback from customers and develop repeat business while maintaining email databases
Maintain company reputation online through company websites and social media sites
Distribute Plumbing Clearance Items report on a weekly basis
Compile, format, print and distribute the Sales Information Publication (SIP) and SIP quizzes on a monthly basis to the Sales Team
Distribute Facilitate RFQs to appropriate recipients as received
Perform data entry for annual customer incentive trip and inside sales incentive trip promotions
Perform data entry and reporting for HVAC customer incentive program
Fulfill branch requests for apparel and other promotional goods and maintain inventory
Update intercompany directories and bulletins
Coordinate annual company meeting for about 500 guests
Qualifications
Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent work experience required, preferably with marketing focus
Strong computer and internet skills specifically, but not limited to Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and with others
Experience in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
