Salary: $90K-$110K with benefits
We are looking for a young and aggressive talented professionals who is filled with charisma to join our team.
This person will be responsible for supervising and motivating a staff of about 8-10 individuals.
This person will also be asked to take leadership and represent the company at different events and be able to persuaded individuals to work with the company. You will be promoting the company.
Requirements:
Must be able to network/market and represent the company very well
Must have experience in supervising and motivating people
Must have some general experience in Human Resources ie EEO regulations, affirmative action programs
Desired Requirements:
Experience in DoD/Federal contracting and has a deep understanding of the process of life cycle of federal contracts.
Experience with politicians
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Master's Degree preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
