Administrative position responsible for parts management and ordering, scheduling, dispatch, customer service, Field Engineer support, and vendor management. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient computer skills, accurate data entry, excellent customer service skills, and strong attention to detail.
Communicate via Telephone and Email with Field Engineers, Customers and Vendors
Schedule and Dispatch Service Calls
Data Entry in ERP System and Customer Online Portals
Interpret Field Documents for Data Entry, Service Calls and Invoicing
Create Purchase Orders
Required
Experience:
Basic knowledge and understanding of the Commercial / Industrial Generator Service Industry is Preferred
Industry related Procurement experience is Preferred
Excellent Customer Support, Follow up and Service Skills
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Excellent Listening and Cognitive Understanding Skills
High Attention to Detail
Strong Organizational Skills
Proficient Computer Skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Ability to Learn/Work within Company ERP System
Accurate Data Entry
Ability to Interpret Field Provided Documents and Service Reports
Able to Develop and Maintain Effective Working Relationships with Customers and Co-Workers
Ability to Work as a Contributive Member of a High Performing Team
