This is a weekend postion on Saturday and Sunday. The hours rotate each weekend: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm one weekend, then 5:00 pm - 10:30 pm the following weekend.
Under the direction of the Community Manager or his/her designated supervisor, the Concierge is responsible for providing superior customer service to our residents which allows us to deliver on the Company's resident commitments of exceptional move-in, total satisfaction, express service and personal attention. By exemplifying professionalism and superior customer service skills, the Concierge provides each person who walks into the community with a sense of Equity Residential's brand promise, "How Home Should Feel". The Concierge plays a vital role in helping the Company establish customer loyalty, which leads to resident retention. High school diploma or equivalent required. Prefer a minimum of one-year customer service and/or hospitality experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
