We currently have an assignment for a Project Manager III in Arlington, VA, supporting mission critical projects throughout the National Capital Region (NCR).

Job Responsibilities

The Project Manager III will be responsible for supporting the project management team in the day-to-day management of 1 to 2 ongoing construction projects valued from $1M to $30M each.

The responsibilities of the Project Manager III include:

  • Assisting the Government in:
    • Site evaluations
    • Field surveys
    • Constructability and code compliance
  • Develop the following:
    • Scopes of work
    • Cost Estimates
    • Schedules
  • Supporting the Government's tracking of construction progress, submittals, permit applications and invoicing

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
