Developer - TS/SCI Poly Required

cFocus Software is seeking a Developer to join our program in Largo, MD.
This position requires an active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph.
Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
DoD 8570 Level II - Security+CE 5-7
years of PL/SQL, Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS development experience 5-7
years of Database skills - experience creating and implementing logical and physical database design.
Object oriented programming experience Duties:
Responsible for database design, development, implementation, information storage and retrieval, data flow and analysis on a large Enterprise Cross Domain Service (ECDS) system.
Experience with database performance tuning.
Experience using triggers, stored procedures, and third-party tools, such as Toad, Visio, SQL Loader for design and development.
Familiarity with Financial Applications and Accounting Concepts.
Experience using Agile Development methodology.
Experience creating all software life cycle documentation.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to analyze and identify issues /bugs found in application code.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
