Summary:
The Warehouse Manager position is responsible for overseeing the Warehouse operations and staff, to include staffing, ordering, deliveries (both in-house and external), and as well as create a culture of excellence and maximize warehouse efficiencies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Create and manage weekly schedule and daily task assignments for direct reports.
Manage daily driver dispatch schedule for pick-ups and deliveries.
Supervise the daily install and service load out activities.
Create daily install and service delivery report and create pick lists for each job, fabricate materials, locate all goods and coordinate staging for next day's installations (kits).
Maintain receiving log of all transactions in and out of the loading dock.
Maintain copies of all shipping documents and packing slips for accounting reconciliation.
Ensure that goods receipt is accurate, condition of products is satisfactory, and products are located correctly within the warehouse.
Maintain a high degree of visibility and access to employees on warehouse floor throughout the shift.
Monitor and maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy.
Train, motivate, coach, reward, and discipline direct reports.
Coordinate with the Customer Fulfillment Director to manage personnel issues.
Provide first level approval for time off requests, timesheets and overtime.
Assist Costumer Fulfillment Director with development and implementation of policies and procedures; ensure all established policies and procedures are followed by direct reports.
Maintain a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the work area.
Ensure employees are properly trained on equipment operations, shipping/receiving loading, and other warehouse responsibilities and ensures compliance with all safety and OSHA requirements.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
